I recently moved to Tasmania from Sydney and recently came back to sydney for work, and I choose this restaurant that was 50 minutes away from where I was staying, and I dragged 4 of my friends to this 'wonderful' restaurant who have never been there...

The experience there was sadly UNDERWHELMING.... I understand that such things can happen but the handling of the issue by the two managers was very rude.

They made us wait for 30 minutes for food while the rest of our food was getting cold. We had to leave by a certain time. we have requested three times for the repeat orders but they have made argument that their machine has problem its not working. But I have seen by observing other table that there orders are coming from the same faulty "machine".

This managers are very RUDE and they don t t care about customers they only focus on big Tables where they can make more money.

The guy on the service counter is also rude. He said that your bill is already taken care of. but They already charged us while booking the tables. Moreover, matter is not about money for us but this event spoil our night and not satisfied our hunger. Google didn t have 0 star otherwise I would go for this.

Lastly, they have not accepted our remaining money to save their reputation, but for me the customer service is the main area they need focus, money you guys can earn tomorrow, but not the customer s satisfaction. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS RESTAURANT TO ANY ONE.
