I was very disappointed in my experience with Rayz...

I was very disappointed in my experience with Rayz this evening. They posted a special on their website that I had planned on taking advantage of last week. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it and checked the website this morning to see if the special was still there. I was happy it was and after work my husband and I met there to sign up. The ladies working didn t think that it was still good (even though it was still on the website) and stated only a manager could assist. I asked them if they could ask a manager, they text and came back to say it was taken down this morning and I just need to refresh. I refreshed, showed the ladies and asked if they would honor, they said the manger said no and did not offer any alternative. It was disappointing that our business was not worth them honoring what was posted on their website. Integrity is important to me and this experience was lacking. It is currently 7:10 pm, I opened a new browser on my laptop and the special is still posted.
