I hate to write bad reviews, but when there are extreme health hazards, I have to speak up.

My husband FOUND A PIECE OF METAL in his chicken parmesan this week. He went back to Posto to be interrogated by Nick on what my husband thought it was. The manager Nick, showed 0 interest in addressing the physical damage inherent in swallowing metal in your food.

Nick, do not answer below. We have had enough of you. Please ask John to call us as you promised you would. Swallowing metal is not something to be taken lightly, and you showed zero interest in helping us on Thursday when we returned. We did not want a refund. It was more important to know the source of the sharp metal found in the food, and you made it very clear you had no idea and even tried to shift the blame to us. Nick, you threw the refund in our face as if we needed the cost of dinner more than we cared about our health. Know that physical health is more important than money.

You care only about money, if $65 was the best you could offer when a customer nearly swallows a shard of metal from your kitchen. Going into the kitchen to look around would have been more appropriate than your money. Showing care and concern would have been an appropriate response.

We would like to speak with a real manager, please.
