After giving those folks thousands of dollars and still losing both my babies you would think they would have the decency to correct an error that they made!!!! I lost my first dog in November 2018. Chubbie spent 4 days here at $1,500 each night! He wasn't getting any better and was so miserable. Unfortunately, I had to make the difficult decision. One week later I almost lost his brother Spanky. They had never been separated. For the past 6 months I did all I could to save him but after many hospital visits, hand feedings and syringe hydration I lost him to kidney failure. Both my boys are gone and I'm devastated!!!!

3 weeks ago when I received Spanky's ashes back I sat both Chubbie and Spanky's ashes side by side to put them back together again. That's when I noticed that Orchard Park Medical Center GAVE ME SOME OTHER DOG'S ASHES!!!! I have contacted them numerous times and all they can say is that no other person has returned ashes or reported that they have the wrong ashes so they can't help me.

If your dog was cremated recently and your last name is 'STOJ' and you went through Orchard Park Medical Center to do it, will you please check the name on your box and see if it's my dog? ALL I WANT ARE CHUBBIES ASHES!!! I'M GRIEVING AND I CAN'T PROPERLY GRIEVE BECAUSE OF THIS GROSS ERROR!!!

I will be contacting every news outlet to help me find my baby's ashes!!!

Update 6/12/2019 - I wrote this review a while ago and not even a note from the owner saying sorry for my loss???? WOW!!! I can only garner a guess as to why no response from these folks! FIX YOUR GROSS ERROR PEOPLE! I've given you several months already!!!
