Don't bother to choose this organization if you are aiming to have good career/growth. Whosoever is running this organization degrading the standard of mid-size organization.
Advise to Management : Just look where you are despite of being in IT industry for more than 08 years. You have only 20 employees after 08 years. Think about the way you guys leaning the organization.
