the hotel was lovely downstairs was fabulous. we booked 3 rooms only one had a fridge. one had tea coffee facilities ours gad nothing. we asked for a fan becoz i need one to sleep. 1st one broke so they left up another one quickly but it was very small. we went down for dinner at 8. it was very busy. food portions weren't massive the drinks service was a disaster. we managed 3 drinks from 8 to 11. no gluten free beer available. then told the cocktail guy was gone so i had to order a full bottle of wine.28e then to be told cocktails guy was back waited an hour between ordering and receiving them each time. it was disappointing but with times that we live in you had to feel empathy for the staff. tje breakfast was big delicious and staff done an amazing job taking time to make us feel welcome nothing was too much.
