Very bad experience today.

Very bad experience today.
We booked a picnic for four people + baby days in advanced. Arrived on time for lunch with no picnic prepared. All lawn and picnic spots along the lake were on irrigation and completely wet.
No explanation or excuse were presented by the management on side.
We had to leave and look for another lunch option, all very inconvenient with a small baby and hungry adults.
Back at the parking place the car was also on irrigation. No chance to enter the car without getting wet...
