I've been here three times. It's always on a Frida...

I've been here three times. It's always on a Friday night. The first time I asked for unsweetened tea, when I finally got it there was not ice and the glass was dirty. It took so long to get my order I finally cancelled it. The second time we were ignored by the sever for 30 minutes ,when she finally took our order it took another 40 minutes my order was not right. She said she would put another order in for me but I didn't want to wait another 30-45 minutes hoping it would be right so my friend eat paid the bill and we left. The 3rd time, I only order a glass of wine , they actually got it right.
