2017 Kawasaki ZX10R KRT Edition - Transmission Gear Recall
I brought my bike to these guys for the recall and I am not exactly sure what they did to it when they replaced the gears for the recall work, but the bike shifts like a dream. It is literally like a different bike and such a pleasure to ride. Every time I shift it makes me wonder what did they do to make it that much smoother?
On top of the unexpected performance I gained in the shifting I also was very happy with the staff and the way they do business. I didn't have a ride to drop off the bike and showed up pretty late in the morning completely expecting to be told I would need to make another appointment. Nope all he said was "I have you scheduled, so we can do it today" Great experience overall and I hate letting anyone work on my bike, but these folks did it right and made it painless. I told the dealership I bought the bike from (they are no longer in business) that there was no way I was bringing the bike to them for any break-in checkup or even if the engine blew up I told them I would just have them ship it to me and they wouldn't be touching it. True story I really told the salesman that but, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my bike to Cities Edge this was a great experience! Thank you all for your help!
