Terrible Service. I called them because our heater would not turn on. System is only 6 years old. Their technician came out and immediately said it was a blower motor....which naturally is one of the highest priced repairs. I put faith in this company and said ok. Well 2 days later...same issue, no heat. I knew the blower had nothing to do with it. But instead of listening to their customer they went for a quick buck and stick it to me.
***update. We still do not have heat on what has been the coldest stretch in the last year. The technician keeps telling us he is waiting on a part to arrive...why does our system require such a unique part that it takes multiple days to locate? We aren t living in Siberia..even though that is the temperature of my house currently. This has been such a terrible experience. The latest technician has quit communicating with us so we don t even know what s going on. If I were not owed a refund for the initial misdiagnosis of the system, I would have called another company and had them come out to fix it. This is patently ridiculous. Will keep you updated if hypothermia doesn t set in.
