Terrible experience from the get go!

The company operates under the model "my way or no way", which starts with their CEO.
They extended several empty promises about start dates, staffing, etc. They always found a way to blame someone else, rather than take ownership.
They made a mistake when submitting the paperwork to insurance forcing us to go into an appeal process. On top of that, they refused to contact insurance to help us expedite the appeal process which started due to their mistake.
