I went today to collect my Ford Focus. Admittedly 10 years old however didn't expect it to be sold by a Ford main dealer without the MOT advisory issues being resolved. The car was not cleaned properly and none of the scratches were treated. Even a tyre didn't have a air cap on it!!! Had to leave the car wasting a two hour round trip for the outstanding work to be done. At least Dan the salesman held his hands up saying it wasn't good enough & he will get it resolved otherwise this would have got a zero. I will post an update after Monday.
