It s just such a bad experience, I would give zero stars I can, horrible attitude, not patient. I m just applying for a tourist visa. More importantly, it was $71 to apply, I give them $80 because I didn t have change. They didn t have change either, so they say they ll write it down and put the money in the usps envelope, today, I got my envelope with only my passport, there s no $9 at all. Can it be any worse? Horrible attitude also. Im surprised... This is the first comment I ve ever write in google reviews because the experience is terribly bad.
