Very bad experience, boat overbooked, people had n...

Very bad experience, boat overbooked, people had no seat, staff very impolite... They come if they want, if there are not enough passengers, they don't go to the pier, they leave 20 minutes before the time. Or they can be 2 hours late, without any explanation... They take tourists for stupid people... I saw one shouting on a passenger ! They are all except polite !
