In A & E long wait staff rude unhelpful and uncaring. My daughter was unwell and was just left by the Dr for over 30mins when I asked to see another Dr I was spoken to with attitude rudness and uncaring attitude. I told them we'd been here waiting for nearly 3hrs I had another child at home to get to the nurse replied she don't care so I know they font care how long We wait. I don't know Why some people go into the caring profession because they don't really care they choose who gets the care and respect.
Rubbish service will never take my daughter there again. They may not care for her health but I do. In the end she never got seen because I had a voice and spoke up about how we were treated got threatened with security. Horrible people just a pay check to them.
