Christine Leslie is by far one of the ruddest pers...

Christine Leslie is by far one of the ruddest person I know. Her lack of Customer service is horrible. She has no maners when it comes to talking to people. People like Christine Leslie should not be working in the front where gym members are comming to workout and relax after a long day. I was not expecting that type of treatment.

Let s not forget to mention the racial profiling made by Karen a Fitness counselor made toward my guess. She was extremely rude, pointing her fingers on me and my guesses face, explaning a cituation were she was at fault for not doing her job properly. I understand thay commision is at stake for you Karen, but doing it in such a maner is far from professional.

I have been working in the past with Debrah and she was always nice and excelled at customer service. It has been a pleasure to work with you Debrah but i will no longer be a member at Gaineville health and Fitness due to the treatment made by these 2 individuals.

I have been a member for almost one year, and I have never delt with such direspect.
