what a horrible experience !!! they kept dispatchi...

what a horrible experience !!! they kept dispatching police and then charging me for the police visit and they could not get my telephone number on their data base despite my calling them three times trying to get my cell number as a first call. then their agent called and said I had to specify that i wanted them to call me first before calling the police!!!!!
I just cancelled my ADT who needs them to reck my nerves.
would not recommend them to anyone . Just place cameras and a system in your place that makes noise.
By the way when they dispatch the police the police never turn up either. LOL what a joke they are!!!!! and to think I trusted them and kept paying them!!!!! I got really angry and my BP shot up!!! I believe in customer service and may have even gotten their services back if they had refunded me the police charges.It was their mistake. they need to own up and as a company know how to deal with customers.
