Outdated, dirty and in dire need of upgrades (owner takes profit with him to Mesquite, Nv. in the winter).

Yellow and red shag carpet from the 60's. Std CRT tv's (not digital flat-screen). No coffee pots or Kleenix. No shade on the bathroom window (great if you a voyeur).
Old springy mattresses. Dark wall paneling. Incandescent lighting (what there was).
Beds were too large for the room (about 18 inch space to trip over to get to the bathroom). Inside walls were NOT insulated and you could hear ALL from other rooms.
Sharp screws sticking out of the floor in the bathroom.
If you like to stand in your own shower water this one was for you. It had been added to numerous times and there was dirty caulking .
Beautiful green fixtures,too.
