If i could give one star i would I wouldn t even send my dog here its the worst experience with a hospital I have ever had with my mother. My mother was taken here because the ambulance refused to take her to Passavent in north hills and I called for 12 hours to the emergency room and no one answered the phone it just kept ringing and ringing and i didn't hear anything about my mother for 18 hours because that is when I had to call the operator and she connected me with the nurses station all the doctors and nurses here are really unprofessional they refused for four days to give her the medicine she is prescribed to take daily for 4 years now. She also has bruises and scratches all up her arm and she told them that she has a puppy that does that and got the marks from playing they were accusing her of being a drug addict because she is on narcotics for her pain in her back and shoulder they told the doctor that she claims the puppy did the marks on her arm and that she didn t do them they also treated her like garbage. The doctor there was suppose to call me and he never called me back and when i called to talk to my mother they always said she was getting testing done or was sleeping and they wouldn t let me talk to her at all for three days worst hospital run away from this place. The nurses and doctors are just nasty to the patient and the families.
