Michele Gladding is an exception agent and I'm so glad we worked with her. She guided us through pricing that made sense to us and then gave us specific instructions that would help our house well quickly (how to de-clutter, which furniture to move ect.). We had 12 showings in two days and three full price offers. She was super responsive to calls and texts when we had quickly and helped the process go so smooth.
