The woman Betty is incessantly rude and disrespectful to prospective clients. I called to touch base with one of the managers after them emailing ME at 2:00am, and all Betty did was berate me and ask how I got their contact information. Why would I contact you if someone didn't reach out to me first? Extremely unprofessional. You lost a client.
