Rori Weil Review of Aln medical management

I reported this management company to Great Plains Health. We received a physician's bill with no due date and it was paid for promptly by check and mailed. They called my mother the very same day her bill was received requesting payment for her past due balance and tried to coerce her to use her credit card for payment. The service representative was not friendly, denied any fault for sending the bill late (if that was the case), and also did not identify herself with the doctor, hospital, or statement balance connected to such services we had just paid. It wasn't until I refused the credit card and asked questions about the services was I able to gather more information to relate it to the bill noted above. Heaven forbid a senior who is starting to lose his/her independence gets a phone call that sounds similar to this one asking for a credit card number. Identity theft is rampant these days and businesses should make all the efforts in the world to protect confidentiality, peace of mind, and the rights of their customers.
