Normally we love this place, but tonight was a big miss. Do not order the Filet Mignon from here; you will be very disappointed. The waitress informed us to order a temperature above what we would normally order since the cut was so thick. We did, and it came out looking like a thin sirloin cut - very thin, and hence overcooked (not butterflied). We brought it to her attention and she sent the owner, Jeff to our table. He tried to explain, but offered no solution. Even after he asked if it was over cooked, and we said yes, nothing was done. Not what we expected from a restaurant of this caliber. Sorry, but tonight was a big disappointment. We know better for next time not to order a high quality steak from here.
