After calling 3 other Epic stores and not getting much help Dale at the Boulder location came was BEYOND helpful! Words cannot express enough how much he saved me with a problem I had with my ski pass. Being nice to people goes a long way and I cannot thank Dale enough for his exceptional customer service.
