Very poor, this is about a VIP gift reserved. I was a little late to pickup my gift thats been reserved and unfortunately they didn t give it to me. And the So called host that was useless. As a Diamond guest is useless and a waste of time. I had to driven an hour to get there but Im so disappointed. So I will make time to be sure that this is heard.
