I would highly recommend using Lend Smart. I refinanced my personal home as well as one of my rental homes last month and it was the best experience I've ever had with a mortgage company. I have commercial property/businesses and rental properties, so I have dealt with a lot of lenders and title companies over a long period of time. I am also an attorney and pretty neurotic about lenders being accurate, professional, efficient, and paying attention to details. This company met my expectations and went beyond. I will be using them again in the future.
