Aaron represented me in a class-action lawsuit against a condo association charging illegal transfer fees. Throughout what was a very complex and lengthy process, Aaron was responsive, professional, easy to work with, and made himself available to talk no matter my question or concern. Being that I had no experience with lawsuits of any kind, Aaron was incredibly sensitive to my lack of knowledge and provided any extra explanation I needed in non-legal terms. He made some of the more intimidating moments of the process feel much less so with his reassurance and thoughtful guidance. It gave me great comfort knowing that Aaron understood all the complexities of my case, and made me feel all along that it was in the best possible hands. That turned out to be very true, because the case settled with a wonderful outcome for the class. I would absolutely work with Aaron Resnick again for any real estate legal needs!
