As a Aussie traveller I was pretty disappointed with this hotel. Rooms are basic. Paid extra for the breakfast but no one checks your room number and the food was poor so that was a waste of money! They deducted 150usd upon arrival from my credit card without notifying me. When I questioned it I was told it was a "deposit" even though our stay had been fully paid for. Not how we do things in Aus. Opted in for their green program as we were told we would get $10 per night if our room wasn't cleaned and that we could get it cleaned- we just had to let them know. When we asked for a clean mid stay we were told it would cost $10! Cheekily left that part out when we signed up for the program. Would not return.
