This was our 2nd transaction working with Compass and specifically Jay Lyons and, we could not be more pleased. His professionalism, knowledge and passion shine through on every step along the way. Jay was extremely patient and calm especially when the stress of a real estate transaction was applied. He was extremely responsive to questions at any given time, we could always count on him to be direct and honest. My wife and were out of town during the inspection phase and Jay, along with another Compass agent Grant Shultz, made themselves available for each and every appointment even meeting contractors for follow up bids on suggested repair work. He showed great attention to details enabling the transaction to go as smoothly as possible.
