My Mom passed on July 3rd, 2020. I started the paperwork for her policy with a phone call to Lincoln Heritage on Friday July 10th. I received all the requisite forms the following week. I did not receive a Death Certificate until Thursday July 23rd and mailed all back Monday July 27th. I received a check on August 3rd.
From the beginning, the staff of Lincoln Heritage was kind and compassionate and efficient. I have nothing but the best to say of the company and its staff.
