I have been on multiple cruises through the cruise brothers. Customer service and sales are always tops and if some unforeseen circumstance occurs they take care of that also. I would always suggest travel insurance, as you just do not know what will happen in the future and it is better to be safe then sorry. Can't wait for my next cruise spring 2014.
