Buy a product, to begin with, they offered it with up to 6 installments without interest, but when choosing the payment method, the "fine print" appears: the 6 installments with that payment method were for purchases over a certain amount ...
I also buy it ... with a quite distant receipt date, today, more than a week, being 15km away seems like an excess, but I understood that they preferred to overestimate the delay so that what finally did happen ...
I am assigned the "Linio fleet" as a delivery method ...
the supposed delivery day arrives ... and nothing ... nothing at all ... calling by phone is useless, so I made the claim by mail ...
The culprit of the delay, according to Linio, is the logistics operator (that is, Linio) ... and they only mention "an inconvenience", which causes a delay ...
The vagueness of the answer, the truth is a lack of respect. I can't cancel the order because it's SUPPOSEDLY on the way ... If you're considering buying something here, DON'T DO IT. Terrible from every point of view.
