tell ya what,,they dont even tell you when items are out of stock or on back order when you order..they tell you 3-4 days 7 days go buy,,call,oh its back ordered,,call back again 4 more times ,,same thing..get someone who tells you it will be delivered tomorrow and it never shows up,,,call again..they tell you , iam going to call the warehouse,,can i get your number to call you back,,,sure,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no phone calls back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,still dont know where my steel strapping is after 5-6 phone calls..unreal....and they tell me covid is the excuse..geeesh.
