Honestly, in the past, this place has been amazing...

Honestly, in the past, this place has been amazing, BUT NOT TODAY! Today I visited the service department for my 10am appointment to have a few things looked at, pretty simple things. One was a software update to fix a Mfg recall, two was a turn on the automatic windshield wiper feature that accidentally got disabled when the windshield was replaced, and three was a sound coming from the front left wheel. (This is the exact same sound I had my vehicle in for almost a year ago so the issue shouldn't be difficult to detect.) I walked inside to wait on the repairs.

........... Four and a half hours later my phone rings. It's the dealership calling me to update me on my vehicle. (Keep in mind, I'm sitting inside!) I let them know I'm on site and they are surprised. At that point, they had a service rep come inside to let me know that they had an update. Needless to say, I was slightly agitated at this point. Anyway, only the software update had been done, they had only figured out what needed to be done for the rest and wanted to let me know they would have to order the parts and I could come back another day. So, now I'll be going back a second time to have the service done for the front left wheel. Let's hope this doesn't take four and a half hours as well... Economy Honda has always been great in the past! That's why they got 2 stars for this visit instead of 1. Next time, hopefully it will be better or I'll have to buy my next Honda elsewhere.
