I was initially attracted to the financing promotions offered for new BMW's. Then I met China, the Sales Person at Chapman BMW on Camelback Rd., and was very impressed with the level of service, professionalism and courtesy she provided. I've worked in commission sales. After China provided information via multiple e-mails, calls, 3 visits and test driving 2 BMW's, I bought a new 2021 BMW from China. While the financing provided was great, I wouldn't have purchased if the Sales Person didn't provide exceptional services. I will recommend China to anyone I know that wants to purchase a new vehicle.
