I'll start off by saying this company is the worst...

I'll start off by saying this company is the worst company I have EVER come across. Our AC stopped working on Wednesday so we called to make an appointment and were scheduled for Friday with the window of 12 to 5. Both my wife and I work so I took a half day and waited paitiently. By 5 no one had shown up so I called to see what had happened and they told me that we had been rescheduled for Saturday from 12 to 5. They did not show up until 6:30 on Saturday! The Technician then began to tell me that we needed a whole new ac unit and that they would have a consultant to quote us on the price the next day. Lucky for us my wife's friends husband works for another AC firm so he came by for a second opinion. Within 30 minutes he had replaced a part on the compressor and the AC STARTED WORKING! Either service america is incompetent or a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS. Either way I will never ever ever call this company again.
