I have rented a property through Tradewinds Investments for going on two years, and my contact is Paula M. I can say in all honesty that as a former (and future) home owner, Paula's response to me is not as a tenant, but a 'customer', and it has been a pleasure. Quick replies, personal attention, and adaptability has made the renting process easy all along the way. I have considered moving on occasion, but the relationship with Paula and Tradewinds is a difficult one to replace -- it provides peace of mind. As a future home owner (and one who aims to acquire rental properties in the future) Paula and Tradewinds would be my choice to manage my investments, because they represent the owner in the way I would be want to be represented - professionally and with courtesy. I cannot endorse Paula and her team more. - Bj
