perhaps due to my own lack of tech savvy, &/or time issues, I did not easily find comparison info on the 2 lowest cost plans. which had over a one hundred dollar difference between them. also... in this survey about my experience... I must say THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM SEEING THE NAME VELA POINT ! while I was offered a "pay now" option, taping that choice sent me on an endless loop of non action. ultmatley I made 3 different calls to the customer service #s offered, ( this took over an hour), ONLY ON THE THIRD PARTY I spoke with was I told my account had not processed yet & so could not accept a payment. WHY then was I offered "PAY NOW"?????
Overall, if I had a choice to do it again...I would NOT.
