even zero stars. I booked a ticket with Flixbus for the first time today. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the ticket but shortly afterwards. When canceling, there is only the possibility to receive a voucher. My problem now ... I did not use Flixbus and will not use it again. Also no one in my family or friends uses Flixbus ... means the coal is gone! On demand in the chat ... I got only the feedback that this was not possible otherwise. On my final reaction that I will definitely not book and also as a customer effectively no longer come to Flixbus, I got the cocky answer "no problem"
