The driver decided to add another $10 for an item of luggage. This is disgusting. No one charges for luggage. We were going to the airport. I guess they are trying to do what airlines do and charge extra for luggage. I had no choice but to pay as I had a flight to catch. I won't be using Carmel Cars again.
