Eye opening regarding the ins and outs of business development and marketing strategies. They provided a full review and statistics regarding costs and efficiency and what solutions they could bring to the brands they worked with.
As part of my interview process, I attented a demonstration of the team in action. I was of course quite suprised at first by the simplicity of it, but then realised it was only efficient because the team had developed such a positive culture and can do attitude.
My first few days were challenging for sure, until I started to get the mindset and focused on educating myself and pushing my skills to the next level. I received a lot of support, even in my darkest moments.
I can say for sure the managers and director never gave up on me. I am now proud to use that same experience to teach and help new team members grow their skills with us.
