HORRIBLE customer service in the service departmen...

HORRIBLE customer service in the service department. Out of state, thank goodness did not buy my Toyota from the place. They refused warranty repair. Called my HOME dealership (500 miles away) and they responded with no issue.....WOW, imagine that. Wouldn't do business with this dealership for a key chain. Absolutely horrible. Next step, writing Toyota about it in detail. Clearly this dealership does not uphold customer service, representing Toyota.
