I recently purchased an outdoor wireless access point from EnGenious Technologies. My Windows 7 based PC would not allow me to access the device to set it up for our network use. I called the Engenious tech support phone number and I was pleasantly surprised to learn I was next in line for tech support. Within 2 minutes a technician was talking to me about my issues. He walked me through the "typical" set up procedures which I already tried. when the technician was convinced that my particular computer was not allowing me to access the device he quickly moved onto advanced programming and walked me through the advanced programming calmly and quickly. He had me up and running within 10 minutes. this was perhaps the best online support experience I have had.
