DO NOT USE PAM ROBERTS. I am Power of Attorney for 94 year old cousin. Pam was chosen as real estate agent to sell relative's Lenox property. My cousin and myself both live out of town. Pam did not act in our best interest - her fiduciary responsibility. I am filing a complaint with Bureau of Professional License. Pam told me she would get a certificate for smoke detectors. PAM NEVER GOT BACK TO ME REGARDING MY AUTHORIZATION FOR THIS WORK AND THE COST INVOLVED. I am not disputing that the work needed to be done. I found out while reviewing the closing costs that more than $800.00 was deducted for this service. A local attorney representing me was at the closing. When Pam was questioned about her lack of notifying me, she answered everything but I was not informed of this matter. DO NOT USE HER. Her reputation in the past may have been better, but her current behavior leaves much to be desired.
