Attended a convention in Vivatel so stayed over for 2 days.
Customer service is ok, we didn't really communicate with the staff. The Chinese Male staff with spectacles at the front desk was really helpful, asked him for directions and also translation as I didn't understand what the grab driver was messaging.

The toilet at the convention hall is also clean. A4 paper, pencil, coffee, tea and bottled water is also constantly supplied during the event, staff stationed outside the hall is also friendly as I asked for directions.

The hotel room is overall quite clean until we dropped something under the bed and pushed our bed to the side, found a berry at the bottom of our bed. The hotel safe box's handle is also broken, however still usable.
Our room is right beside the main road and me as a light sleeper find it extremely difficult to fall asleep with all the sounds of vehicles.

It was good that the hotel provided 3 towels of different size, and also a sewing kit. Hotel room cards can only be accessible to respective level increasing the level of safety and security.

Vivatel is also near Vivamall which has everything we need, there are shops such as Starbucks, 7 eleven and super7. However I don't really like walking to the LRT station nearby as we had to walk through a run-down housing estate which looked dangerous, in the end we used grab to travel around KL.
