Customer service is really bad. If you want to talk to someone good luck! I ve been dealing with them for a few years. I had Nicole before she was always on top of anything I needed. I can t even reach anyone to talk to anymore. It started out great I m not sure what s happened but it s a hassle to just buy something anymore
