We called A#1 initially due to a rusted drain pain that needed to be replaced. We were pleased with the work and decided to do the maintenance plan and had both units serviced as well. Three days later our a/c won t even come on called on Friday before noon and was told someone would be out same day fast forward to 9pm Friday night and we were told it would be after 2am before a technician would arrive. I asked if we could just be added to the schedule first thing Saturday morning? I was told we would be first priority Saturday morning, but received a call after 10am being told we were on the schedule but that there were a few calls ahead of ours. When I explained we were told we would be priority first I was told they would find out what happened and return my call. It s now 12:30 and no return call or explanation......not a good start!
