LIVS killed my pet. Friday we took our beloved Lola to the emergency clinic because she fell over and started shaking and rolling around for a good minute, Dr. Kramer diagnosed her with disk disease told us to give her strict bed rest for several weeks and gave us medications, Lola didn't sleep all night and my boyfriend called in the middle of the night telling them that she's still distressed and uncomfortable, the lady on the phone told him to give it some time for the medications to kick in. Saturday around 7:30am she had another episode of falling over and shaking, before I had the chance to grab everything and go, my poor pup passed away in my arms. We took her back to LIVS right away because we were still hopeful that she's alive, once we got there we spoke to a different emergency room veterinarian, who was a lot nicer and told us it could have been a seizure. Dr. Kramer misdiagnosed my pet, and in the result of it Lola isn't here with us anymore, I am heartbroken and furious. I also have two cats and I will never as long as I live take them to this clinic.
