I have been a client for about 4/5 years, never had any problems, last week, I reported a small collision, they tell me that I do not have insurance coverage, I call for clarification, they tell me that it is indeed a mistake, they assured me that within 48 hours I would be contacted to clarify everything. After a week of waiting, I haven't heard anything yet! In May I will certainly find another insurance!
