We are building a new house and need everything. Bought a rug here that would not fit in my car. Went back with my truck after they told me it was ready. Took 45 minutes to put it in my truck. They would not wrap it in plastic or paper even though they had huge rolls of plastic. Most furniture companies don't get it. Went to Lazy Boy. They were a disaster. Went to Haverty's. They were great to deal with.
